Alan Longland is the principal of Longland Green and, with more than thirty years’ experience in industry, he is well placed to offer change management services to small and medium sized enterprises.

He is a Member of the Chartered Management Institute and a Member of the Institute of Directors.

Alan’s experience has spanned running his own businesses and working in other people’s. He spent twenty years in the electronics industry, and ten in motor sports. He also has hands-on experience of CVAs and business going into administration.
