Prior to engaging us to work with you, Longland Green carry out a no-strings attached diagnostic to assess the health of your company, and evaluate where you can make process and managerial changes to effect the results you are looking for.

This initial business health check comprises a face to face interview based around a questionnaire that is designed to provide an overview of your company and its current performance. This establishes the baseline data and information from which we will recommend areas that would benefit from focused attention.

Following this initial interview, we discuss our findings with you to establish whether you want to proceed to the next level; a change management programme with Longland Green. Only when we have reached an agreement about the work to be carried out do we implement any charges.

We intend the work we carry out with businesses to be self-financing. You should see improved output, turnover and/or profit at least equivalent to the fees Longland Green charges. We achieve this by agreeing the precise criteria following the initial business review. If an advisor cannot demonstrate the benefits, you should not consider his/her proposal further.
